We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, and debit card. All of our prices are in USD.

Since our shop sells digital products that you get immediate access to, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our refund policy page for more information.

If you have questions before making a purchase, feel free to ask us.

Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your files immediately. Click on the link to download the file.

If you made a purchase and you still haven’t received a download link, please contact us and we’ll make sure you get the files you purchased.

I am having trouble with Downloading (Downloading, Opening a Zip, etc.)
PDF Troubles: You are probably experiencing technical difficulties with the PDF links because you do not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download the free version by visiting https://get.adobe.com/reader/

ZIP Files: To access a ZIP file, an ‘unzipping’ program is required. Such a program then ‘extracts’ the set of resources from the ZIP and puts them onto your computer for normal use.
